Deciding on which tour to do

Just want to get your feedback and help on which european tour to take as I cannot decide.
First time travelling overseas and solo.
I plan on going overseas mid sept - mid oct, first im doin a turkey tour which goes for 9 nights. I then want to go to Europe and do a tour which goes for 2-3 weeks.
Your feedback will be helpful.

Also another thing i am from Australia.. So the currency is pretty bad atm when comparing it to euro or uk pound.
Can i use US dollars there?
I really want to visit Netherlands, Germany, and Switzerland.

European Vista looks good, i did the ultimate european last year and am going on another next year, Vista goes for 21 and its a winter one, hits oktoberfest if you go in october which is a must see! If you do go, St Goar = Icewine, best stuff ever

I am thinking of doing the European Inspiration. I am doing a Turkey tour for 10 days beforehand which finshes on 27 September, and European Inspiration starts on the 28th September..
Plus all the countries i want to visit are included in this tour.
