Optionals for European Highlights?

Does anyone have any reviews or tips for the optionals offered in the European Highlights tour? I don't want to do all of them so I'm looking for advice on which I should or shouldn't do. Thanks!

I personally did all of them and thought they were good bang for the buck, but i guess it all depends on what your interests are.
