I wanted to know, what does the contiki tour actually pay for?
What must I pay for?
How much is a visa to go there?
How much spending money should I take?
Is it wise to go in December? (if I don't mind the cold)

contiki pays for your accomodation throughout the tour, several meals, tours, travel during the duration of the tour. My visa cost me $25 and my travel agent did it for me. Its cheaper if you do it yourself.
You have to pay for some meals, extra tours you wish to go on and anything you wish to buy along the way.As for hotels it tells you in the back of the contiki book and is confirmed when you book with the travel agent.
Spending money is up to you and how much you shop, drink, eat.As for december im not sure. Im going in september.
