Best tour for partying?

I have from the 3rd of Sept 2010 to the 5th of Aug 2010 free to do a contiki in EU.
I am having a hard time trying to choose a contiki trip even after reading some reviews.. I really want to go on a trip that has a bit of sight seeing but more partying than anything else.
I am travelling to EU again next year so i figure ill do more sight seeing stuff than.
Can anyone recommend a trip to me?

I think it has more to do with the group you are with, not the tour you pick. Every city has great places to party, it just depends on if your going to hit them up or not and if the people you are with are into partying or not!
