London & Paris + 2 Days Rome in Winter VERSUS London to Athens in Summer?

I really like the sounds of both these trips. I am having a hard time deciding which! I've always wanted to go to Europe in the winter but Greece is where i'd like to go the most. Also, I can't decide if i'd prefer the comfort of a Time Out tour or the adventure of a Concept tour. Can anyone help me make up my mind? :S
