Hey :-) looking to do my booking this week. Two things I wanted to know, how long we spend travelling each day? And how much time we have for socialising in the evenings….well it is a holiday after al. Pete

Hey Pete, you can read the itenarary… just expand each section.. it says when we have free time in the evenings and afternoons. This is also my first time, but I guess that is what makes Contiki so nice, is the fact that they do actually give you time to relax, and do things by yourself. As far as i know, every night we get to go out, and visite bars/ get dinners ect. :) Hope this helped a little!

Hey guys, the longest time you will spend on a bus in a day is about 4 hours, it’s a really good time to catch up on some sleep, trust me. Other than that you do spend about 8 hours on a boat down the mekong to get to Pakbeng and a little less the following day to LP, another great chance to get some sleep.
The nightlife is pretty much the whole group heading out together to reccomended bars and restaruants and stuff by the tour manager.

Yeah I’ll be there, I did this trip last year solo but I loved it so much I had to come back and bring my mate. Not long to go now.
