European Highlights/Discovery - First Time Travelling - Advice

Hi all
I'm 23 and just finished uni last year. I'm now working full time but want to do some travelling next year.
As I've got to take holidays from work I'm considering doing the 12 day European Highlights/Discovery tour on my own at the end of February. I'm a bit nervous about travelling alone and was wondering if anyone has any helpful advice?
Also for anyone who has been on this tour how did you find it?
