contiki.com/checkin problems

Hey, for some reason when I try to check in it never seems to work and I am stuck on the 'SEARCHING FOR YOUR BOOKING... ' loading bar.. I have tried both ways (entering the numbers and the other with your name)
What am I doing wrong?
