Winter Wanderer - Mt Pilatus Optional? - Feb 2013

Hi Everyone,
Just inquiring about the Winter Wanderer tour, thinking of booking a Feb 2013 departure with a mate, however whilst in Lucerne, Switzerland. How much free time is there? and what does the Mt. Pilatus Optional include?
We have been strongly considering skipping the 'included tour' for the day allocated for Lucerne and going to Mount Titlis for some Snowboarding (1 Day only) in the Swiss Alps, and need to ensure there is enough time to go whilst on the trip.
Any Assistance from Tour Managers or Previous Travelers would be greatly appreciated.
