Starting in Paris (Where to meet?)

Hi, I'm doing the Winter Wanderer starting on the 22nd of December 2010. I chose the option of getting on in Paris as I don't have a UK visa.
I haven't received any information on where or what time I should meet up with the group.
Can anyone help advise me on this or just tell me where I can find these details out.

probably best to find out what hotel there staying at and just meet them there
