Beaches & Reef tour - November 2012.

Hi guys :)!
I've never travelled before, but I'm on the cusp of booking a tour via Freedom Australia with Contiki, leaving Sydney on 4th November for a 14 day Beaches & Reef tour ending in Cairns.
Is anyone else going on this tour?
I was originally going with a friend, but plans fell through and I'm ending up going alone.
I'm quite nervous about going it alone, any advice or encouragement you guys can offer me?

You will love it! The road up the coast is just amazing. There are so many beautiful places to stop and heaps to do!!
