Best of Europe 2013

Hey everyone,
I'm going to Europe around Late June-end of July 2013 with a couple of girlfriends and was wanting some advice, we're thinking of doing the "Best of Europe" departing June 30th then afterwards going on and doing Greek and Croatian Islands.. I'm thinking we may extend our trip so can anyone recommend any other tours that are a bit longer yet are not too rushed?
P.S we're keen for a party holiday while still seeing the historical sights so any advice/thoughts would be greatly appreciated
