This should be the #1 thing to do on your list as there is so much to see and do in London that it can be very overwhelming.

It is currently #3 thing to do in London on tripadvisor. If you have a chance you can prebook the tour for more discounted rates than the ones listed. You might be able to meet other people on your trip on facebook or on here and set something up. The tour is £99/per Mini or £33 per person if you have 3 people. Next time I visit I would do the Italian Job where they run 3 minis through the city. You get a lot of thumbs up and waves from people on the street. The photos are from the end of the tour when he dropped us off.

We booked our one hour tour over the phone with Robert. I was a little unsure that 3 passengers would be able to fit comfortably in the car and see much, but I was completely wrong! First off, our tour guide Robert was very enthusiastic, knowledgeable, funny. This is the type of guide that will get you to laugh out loud many times during the tour as well as get you very interested in the history of the city. I'm amazed at his knowledge of the city as well as how great he navigates the car through traffic. This mini can go many places where tour busses cannot. I would highly suggest you make this the first thing you do when you come to London, you can follow up on foot and take more photos of things you found most interesting on the tour.

Robert was like having a best friend who moved away to London showing you the sites. I felt very comfortable and for myself and two others you can absolutely not beat the price. The cars are amazing and some of the secrets and jokes up his sleeve make the whole tour highly entertaining. It turns out he owns the company and has been going strong due to word of mouth for about a year now. It was the highlight during my time in London.
