Computer Dilemma

Just wanted to post up a question to everyone. I am in a little bit of a dilemma - I am in need of some MAJOR studying. I'm in med school, exams coming up and realized just how much studying I need to do (your rolling your eyes saying "ya, when is she going to have time to do that") but even an hour a day would help loads.
Any thought on bringing a computer would be greatly appreciated. (computer needed because ALL my notes are on there)
