Sweet as South must do extra? Doing this for Bday

hey guys I am booked on the Sweet as South departing the 4th of Jan, this is a birthday treat for myself just wondering who has done this tour and what optional extra you would recommend as a 'must do'?
during this trip I will be saying goodbye to one decade and welcoming another, so any advice on will we very much welcome!

and please do not say ‘jump off a bridge’!!! with that one I am going to decide on the day whether it is a good idea to throw myself off a perfectly good bridge!
