  Hey again! We will be staying at the Viengtai Hotel yes :-) I think we land around 4pm so should be around for the evening if all goes to plan. Meeting in the reception sounds good to me. We can always head to a bar nearby to wait for anyone else who may be getting in a bit later. I’ve had a look on Google street view and there are A LOT of bars and restaurants close to the hotel which is handy!
