  Are you just using the date, or are you using your reference number? It didn’t work for me until I used the reference number, and if you don’t have it (I booked with a travel agent so I didn’t have mine) just call contiki and they will tell you it.

  Don’t stress to much all it means it that when you have your pre-tour meeting the night before your tour starts you will just have to write in the details on their list rather then it be printed out, eg. emergency contact, tavel insurance number, your contact number – its not a major issue just means you have to take an extra 5 minutes
