Optionals...

Hi,

This might sound silly but I am not the most adventurous person but I just want to make sure that all the activities (like the adrenalin activities) are optional cos i don't want to get there and have someone trying to coax me into something I don't want to do cos I want to enjoy my time

also i am a little shy and i am worried about making friends is it really that easy to make friends on tour.

if people could please let me know their experiences and opinions and let me know about the optionals that would be much appreciated.
