What exactly is in the package that Contiki sends you???

Is it absolutely essential that we (my friends and I) receive the package before the trip? I assume it will at least have: plane tickets, itinerary etc?? I am worried that we will not recieve the package in time- our trip was booked via travel agent. However, we (my friends and I) are out of town. We are worried that the travel agent will not be able to forward the documents to us in time........!
Can someone give me a full list of what's inside?? I'm gettin a bit worried. Thankyou!
