Experience with Hostels??????

Hi, I am going on a European Explorer tour, and I haven't travelled before, I was just wondering what people's experiences were with staying in hostels security wise??? I like the idea of staying in hostels, I am just concerned about my stuff getting nicked.

Hi Bree, I am booked to go on the European Explorer in August 2013. (My first contiki) As far as I know we aren’t staying in hostels as its a Time Out tour, so mostly in hotels. Hope this helps.

thanks, yeah we are in hotels all the time, although I was considering staying in some either side of the tour, just to spice things up!
