5 days to spend somewhere.... HELP!

Hi all,
My partner and I are doing the European Discovery then the Aegean Classic (cruise to Turkey and Greek Islands). Once we get back to Athens from the cruise we have 5 days to spend in Europe before we need to get back to London to catch out flight back home. Problem is.... We don't know where to go in those 5 days.
Any suggestions???
Any 'must see places' from all the experienced travellers?
Need help badly as we are off in September and need to finalise everything.
