Grand southern meets eastern discovery???

Hello there.
I am doing the Eastern Discovery tour starting New Orleans so can someone please tell me (someone thats done eastern discovery starting NO or grand southern) what happens with this trip. I have been told numerous things, like there's 2 buses, some people leave, some people get on... Etc.. and i'm wanting to know what the go is.. I see we overlap with the grand southern and I just would like to know how all that works

  On my Grand Southern we had 4 people get off who were doing the Southern Adventure in New Orleans and then 4 people got on to do the Eastern Discovery.
