  It all depends on if you have to deal with long lines at places (ie Anne Frank house in Berlin or the Louvre in Paris or Acadamia in Florence). What optionals you sign up for (timing for the river cruise in Prague and heading back to campsite to go to pub crawl ment I did not make it to the zoo). Whether you are willing to travel alone to see what you want or are are with a group that are holding you back. Also remember that some cities are huge and things are spread out (London, Paris, and Amsterdam) and take time to travel from attraction to attraction.
