Gluten Free in Vietnam?

Hi,
I have coeliacs disease among other allergies. Just wondering if anyone who has done a tour in Vietnam had issues eating gluten free? I know there's lots of rice but I'm more concerned about the sauces etc. I'm going over in the beginning of February.

A good question.I suggest when you get to Vietnam or on the before tour check in form you bring that up with the Tour Guide.

Thanks Franz. Hopefully my tour manager will already know as Contiki has medical certificates with all my allergies listed…I’m very special lol
