I was wondering if any Canadians have used their ATM Cards in Europe. I bank with the Royal and was wondering what to take in order to aceess cash. I have heard that Travellers Cheques are a waste of time and would like any suggestions. My trip is only 14 days long so I want to maximise my time and not be left looking for places to get cash. Also do a lot of tourist gift shops take visa?
Any advice would be appreciated
