Partners who have been on Concept tours??

I am planning on doing the european contrasts + corfu resort contiki in september with my partner and i was wondering if anyone knows how many places there are that we CAN'T sleep together in the same room. Quad share rooms dont bother me but ive heard there are some same sex places where you cant be with your partner? Any help would be much appreciated :)

i went on a concept tour with my girlfriend and we were one of 3 couples on tour so most accomodation was quad share, so we rotated each night 2 couples sharing a room and the other couple having the room to themselves, but the exception was the hostel we stayed at in Munich where it was same sex rooms no exception due to alot of school kids staying there or something.
