pacsafe or high sierra backpack?

I'm trying to decide between a pacsafe backpack or a high sierra wheeled backpack. It would be my day bag and flight carry on. The pacsafe bag is slash proof and slightly bigger but the high sierra has wheels and a hard bottom and is $100 cheaper. I have a pacsafe handbag for my wallet and passport etc.

I also have normal carry on suitcases but I thought that would make it hard to get around and fit things on the bus.
