Luggage Restrictions
15 Aug 2010 Manda said
I'm going on 2 contiki tours this Dec, both leaving from London. My suitcase is a little bigger than the requirements. It is 75x49x30 and it is meant to be 77x50x25. Will I be okay with this bag if I make sure its under 20kg? Or should I invest in a smaller bag. I'd rather be safe than sorry, but also don't want to spend money if I don't need to.
Thanks!

As long as it is UNDER the 20kg limit you will be fine.

Ok are you sure? Because I am 7cm over and have heard they will only take a max of 3cm over! Should I purchase a smaller one tobe safe?

There are so many people there, they dont even look at the size of your luggage
however
if you are slightly over the luggage weight limit they will make you cull stuff.
I just loaded up a country road bag for the bus (as my carry on) cause it fit a lot in it – the heavy stuff went in there on day 1 in london.- 0 people like this
