Greek Cruises: Party on Island Sleep on boat?

With the 3 and 7 night Greek Cruise extensions, can you hit the bars on the islands at night and sleep on the boat, or do you have to get back early? I'm trying to figure if its like the Croatian Cruises or the ones our parents take :)
