Stop over
28 Jan 2013 CeeDee90 asked
Hi,
I'm going from Sydney to London at the end of this year and i don't particularly like flying. I wandered if the people who had to travel 20 hours plus, coped better with the stop over and how long the stop over was? Some people tell me a 3 hour stop over is good, and others say stay a couple of days?
Thanks guys

Last time I flew to the UK (PER-DXB-NCL) I had a 3 hour stopover in DXB, it wasn’t enough as our plane was delayed landing, and I literally had to run to make my next flight (didn’t even have time to go to the bathroom) it was awful! Coming back I had a 10 hour stopover at DXB and got a hotel room, it was so much better! Got a good few hours solid sleep and was refreshed for the next flight. Also if your feet swell, take a longer stopover or you will be in massive pain!
