your going to europe at the end of the european summer and into autumn.
this means that it is probably mainly going to be nice during the days around 20 degrees celcuis but it will get cool in the nights.
there is always the chance of rain!

i would suggest packing things that you can layer. for example, when i was in the french riveria (nice) the sun was out and shining but the wind off the sea was cool, so on the beach i was rugged up with jacket and cardigan, but when i got into the little alleys i took them off and was in just a tshirt and pants.
