  Yeah, I just wish it wasn’t so far away! But hopefully the next few months will fly by… At this stage we’re looking at staying an extra few days in New York, but not really LA because we’ve already done everything there we wanted to. How about you? Have you ever been to the States before? Planning any extra days?

  No, our house was ok luckily, but couldn’t get to work for a few days as most of the roads were closed. But now all the water has gone down everywhere stinks!! Oh we’ll, could have been a lot worse… Did you cop much of it down that way?

  Haha yeah that’s a good way to look at it, mini holiday. And at least you didn’t have anything to worry about then, being away from the river. Hopefully there are no crazy weather troubles in America when we go, they’ve had quite a few recently too.
