Wrinkled clothes in backpack

I'm doing the Egypt tour in March, and bringing my backpack. I usually roll up my t-shirts and jeans to avoid wrinkles, but never have any luck with dress shirts. Anyone have suggestions on how to keep them wrinkle free in their backpack? Thanks!
