does anyone know how much sim cards are in vietnam and how much it costs to txt/call?
could you use the same sim in thailand or would the roaming rates (if applicable) be too high?

a sim card in Vietnam will cost about $7 and it costs about $3500 dong to text overseas, and to call a 10 minute conversation to Australia costs around 40000 dong not sure if its different for other countries. And i dont know about Thailand
