Grand Southern + Grand Northern 15 Aug to 8 Oct

Hi Everyone,
I'm in the final stages of booking these two contiki tours: Grand Southern 15th Aug to 9th Sept and Grand Northern 13th Sept to 8th Oct. Is anyone else doing both these contiki's or even one of them? Is so, how long is every one staying before/after the contiki? Does anyone have details on how their going to use phones?
