Smokes!!! bring some?? or buy them??

Hi, I'm leaving in 7 days for euro contrast 27th june. . and only just started thinking bout how I'm going to get smokes while away. . now before you say it NO. . I'm not gonna give up lol..
Anyway wanted to know, can I bring my own smokes? Is there a limit to how much I can bring? Can I buy them over there? do they have the same brands? will I understand the writting on the packets so I know what I'm buying?
