Pre-Paid Transfer in Rome

I decided to take it when I booked, but am now wondering if it was a mistake. Do you have to wait forever for it to arrive or is it on a schedule?
I'd love to hear your experiences.
Thanks.

I booked with Viator which is a 3rd party booking company because of the time I arrived. It was $16 at the time. The company I booked through we just had to wait for the next departur time. Was only a 20 minute wait so not bad.
I think you are right Matty about the fixed rate. For that price you can get Stefano at Rome Cabs for that price and you get a bottle of wine, and a tour of Rome before you get to your hotel. My aunt did that and loved it. I didn’t.- 0 people like this

Thanks Matty! Always the first to provide good advice.
My transfer is actually just booked as one-way from the airport to hotel before the tour starts. I’ve got a break between tours so will be flying in from Venice the day of the tour.
A private car or taxi would be really fantastic! Finger’s crossed.- 0 people like this
