Booking plane through Contiki?

I did a search, but perhaps my keywords were not good enough. So my question is as follows:
When browsing the prices and what not, it appears you can get a flight through contiki to London, but they do not get you one back? So from previous experiences, was it better to get your flights on your own and not through contiki? Price wise...
