European Magic...feedback?

Hello! My husband and I are going on the European Magic in May 2007! First time to Europe! A few questions for those who have been on this tour (or know people who have)...
*Around what time does the bus leave each morning? Crazy early like 6:30 a.m. or much later?
*Pretty loud and crazy on the bus or are you able to relax and sleep somewhat?
*We're in our 30s...will everyone think we're over the hill and be annoyed that some 30-somethings are on their bus??
*Glad you took this particular tour? Too much driving or just right in order to see the most of Europe?
