How to contact Contiki office ANYONE!!!!

Hi there,
I have been given a name to contact the main office in LA. I have written a letter (the old fashion way) emailed twice now without any response.. Does anyone know how I can contact them???
I am getting really annoyed with the lack of communication from Contiki.
Any ideas would be GREAT!!!

Yeah, that reminds me why I try to avoid communications with them. If I usually can’t fix something using their website, I simply move along towards something else. I’ve also tried once to upgrade with reception room furniture from McCormickOfficeFurniture.com and in less than a minute it was all done.
