Price Increases

21 Nov 2007 Gryphon said

Have just looked at the list of tours released for summer '08 and the prices seem to have increased by quite a bit. If the US dollar holds at the current rate, it's not too bad, but if it appreciates in value again, the tours will be quite costly for people outside the US, Asia especially.

Spotlight on Greece has increased by quite a fair bit, should have gone last year!

You should find that as different dollars increase and decrease agains the respective destination currency, the cost of the tours will change.

That said, there is usually an increase each year.

I booked my tour earlier this year, at that time the tour price was $3599 AUD. A few months later (thanks to the strength of the aussie dollar) it changed to $3445 AUD.

If I hadn’t got a travel agent special ($300 discount) I would have been very upset Smiler
