Thanks for contacting us and apologies for the confusion. I’m happy to take a look. Would you be able to send me a private message with the following info:
1. Booking ID
2. First/last name (exact match to what you booked under).
3. Have you tried checking in for your tours using your booking ID?
4. If so, what happened? If not, can you try now & let me know what happens?
5. Can you log out & in once more and let me know if the incorrect tour is displaying under ‘My Bookings’ or ‘Saved Trips.’
6. If possible, could you send a screenshot of what you’re seeing?

If it makes you feel any better, this happened to me. The Tech people had to fix it, but it didn’t have any effect on my booking.- 0 people like this

Hi
My tour to new zealand was cancelled so i have re-booked for a different date but its still got the original dates in my trips, am i checked in to the right tour?
