European Experience (Concept) vs European Inspiration (Time Out)

Could someone recommend which would be better, considering my age: 34. What are the major differences between Concept & Timeout tours? I know these two tours are almost the same. Which is better value for money.

To my knowledge its more about the accomodation; the timeout are the more ‘luxurious’ tours staying in hotels etc. Concept is more staying in places like Cabins/Hostels etc? I think so anyway.
