European Explorer with cruisevisa requirement for Chinese passport holder

Dear all, I have a visa related question that i hope you might be able to answer for me. I am a permanent resident of Canada but have a Chinese passport. For the tour European Explorer, I know for sure I need to apply for UK and Schengen visa. Technically, I also need visa for Turkey, Albania, Montenegro, Bosnia, Croatia but do you know whether the tour gets checked by customs in those countries? I don't think i need visa if i am just in transit.

I really love to go on this tour but the visa problem is giving me a hard time deciding. I would appreciate so much if someone could share some experience here!!!
