Hey guys. I'm flying from New Zealand into Heathrow then onto Manchester and I have quite a bit of time in Heathrow between flights. Does anyone know if there is anywhere I can take a shower there? (I would have been on a plane 4 a longggg time so it'd be pretty cool if I could). Also, I'm sure there is somewhere I can access wireless internet there, right? Does anyone know how this works? I've never used public wireless internet.

Oh, I'll be in terminal one if that makes a difference.

  Maybe look into if you can purchase access to your airlines club for the day, that will have showers, food and a quiet place to relax. The only showers are in termnal 4.
