  I would think it depends which tour you’re on and which route the buses take as a result? If I recall correctly, on average, for my tour, the bus journey each time was about 5 to 6 hours long and they stop about every 2-2.5 hours as laws require bus drivers to have a break after a certain length of time. You can move around but generally you’re advised to stay seated for safety.
