Laundry Facilities - Australia

There are plenty of opportunities to wash your clothes when you are on tour. Most of the hotels Contiki stays at have coin operated laundries that you can use. These become more limited when you hit the Northern Territory. Best to pack a few extra t-shirts or it gives you an excuse to buy some souvenir t-shirts if you are running short on clothing.
Knowing the availability of laundry facilities can help you decide what to pack for your tour.

This is the perfect blog for everyone who really wants to understand this topic. You understand a whole lot its almost hard to argue with you (not that I personally would want toHaHa). You certainly put a fresh spin on a topic that has been discussed for decades. Great stuff, just wonderful!

I’m doing the Ocean to Outback; I leave next week and am having a really hard time deciding what to pack. I don’t want to be that girl that overpacks. Any suggestions?

On the Reefs & Rainforests tour, there were lots of places (& time) to do laundry, especially in Cairns & Surfers Paradise. My advice: put laundry in wash and hang dry in room..it’s usually dry by the next day.
