Museums and Galleries - Munich

By far and away the biggest, best and most famous museum in Munich is the Deutsches Museum. Primarily a science and technology museum, it has working models of almost anything including bridges, engineering, math, physics, electricity, engines, hydraulics and some amazing airplanes, including a Messerschmitt Me 262, the first jet fighter. The museum is huge and there are often long lines on the weekends and holidays. The Deutches is the largest museum in Germany and people travel from all over Europe to see it’s exhibits.
The museum district around the Konigsplatz is also home to the ‘old’ ‘new’ and ‘modern’ art galleries. Munich is also the home of BMW and the Olympic park is the present home of the BMW Museum, showcasing the past, present and future of this Bavarian icon.

Recent Tips
Make sure you try currywurst in Germany. It's basically a hot dog with tomato sauce (ketchup) and curry powder. Tastes brilliant and only costs 1 or 2 Euro.
The trolley tour of Boston, offered as an optional, is the best way to see the entire city. Take it at your own pace, but I would suggest stopping off at the USS Constitution and Fenway.
My advice would be to do as many excursions as you can. They are a great way to get to know your group, and they are always good fun.
