The fairytale look of the city masks some crazy nightlife in Prague and the nightlife in the city is legendary amongst travellers from all over the world.
Clubs like the 24 hour Lavka bar at the foot of the Charles Bridge and the chaos of the huge ‘Face 2 Face’ offering what often feels like no rules partying.
The Czech Republic however has a reputation above all for cheap booze. Although their integration to the European Union and ever-increasing numbers of tourists have lead to a rise in prices, it does not take much exploring to find a small out of the way bar with almost criminally cheap prices on Czech beers, vodka and Becherovka (Traditional and super-strong Czech liquor made from secret herbs).
