The pre departure meetings are a great opportunity for you to meet your Tour Manager and your fellow travelers but also saves a lot of time the next morning.

Tours Departing Sydney, Cairns, Darwin or Alice Springs

A pre-departure meeting is generally organised for tours commencing in Sydney, Cairns, Darwin and Alice Springs the evening prior to the tour departure.

The exact venue in the hotel and timings for this meeting will be posted on the Contiki noticeboard of the hotel lobby prior to the meeting.

This meeting is organised by the Contiki Tour Manager and is and opportunity for you to meet them and your fellow travellers.

Other Tours

If your tour departs from another city (Brisbane or the Whitsundays ) you should check your Contiki Travel Documents for meeting times and points.

Usually tours departing Brisbane and the Whisundays meet on the day of departure at the departure hotel. Although you should still consult your Contiki Travel Documents for exact times and places, our departure and arrival times should give you a rough idea of what time you should meet your tour.
